Monday Teaser Time! Today - The Greymen . . . . .
Anyone who is anyone knows Uni-Tech is not to be trusted, the Public face of Uni-Tech is that of a powerful (even more so after '83) corporation - who, in spite of what went down that fateful day still has dealings world wide.
Most Modern Subsonic Blasters and other Hi-Tech Weaponry are based on Uni-Tech designs, only Varian Blackwood can match them for creativity and design aesthetics (more on him later).
But Uni-Tech also do some good, providing food and medicines for outlying communities in the Barrens of most Country's - even taking in Shanty Dwellers and giving them productive lives within Uni-Tech controlled Territories - the public face of Uni-Tech is indeed a mass of contradictions and they are both hated and regarded as saviours in many parts of the World today.
However, Uni-Tech has a dark side - much darker than anyone would suspect. Should things not go politically, or economically their way - Uni-Tech turns to the Greymen.
The Greymen are Uni-Techs strong-arm, they deal with problems no one else in the corporation are willing or able to deal with. Very few know the identities of individual Greymen, as code-names are used and the Greymen are "Face Shifters", they can literally change their facial features at whim - it is not know whether the Greymen are gifted with a strange and unique Prime ability or the shifting is down to some as yet unknown Uni-Tech device - either way, the Greymen are considered a threat and it is a priority that the threat be dealt with.
Mr Smith and Mr Glover are two such code-names, it is not known whether they are two specific (seemingly ageless) operatives - or they are just code-names regularly used.
Agent Jacob Nexus of British Intelligence has encountered both of these Operatives in the past, as have American Agents Sculder and Mulley - but (as to be expected) the descriptions of Mr Smith and Mr Glover vary to an almost ridiculous level.
The Greymen must be considered an extreme threat, and should be approached with extreme caution - assuming you realized who and what they are . . . ..
